Individual Training
1-on-1 basketball training is personalised, intensive coaching designed to help a player develop their skills through individual attention and tailored drills. The focus of this type of training is on improving a player’s strengths while addressing specific weaknesses. A typical session covers a range of basketball skills, with the coach customizing each workout based on the player's age, skill level, and goals.
Group Training
G5 Group Training pushes players to compete, learn, and grow together. Through fast-paced drills, live play, and coach-led feedback, athletes develop stronger skills, better instincts, and greater confidence. This training is ideal for players who want to elevate their game alongside teammates who share the same goals.
