G5 Basketball – Terms & Conditions
Effective Date: 20/04/2025
By registering for or participating in any G5 Basketball program, event, or service, you (“Participant”, “Parent/Guardian”) agree to the following terms:
1. Eligibility
Participation is open to individuals who meet program requirements. Players under 18 require parent or guardian consent.
2. Registration & Payment
• Registration and full payment must be completed before attendance.
• Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated or if G5 Basketball cancels the event.
• Late or incomplete payments may result in loss of placement.
3. Cancellation & Refunds
• Cancellations within 2 hours of class allow a credit (usable within the same 10-week term and same level).
• No-shows or late cancellations forfeit credit.
• Refunds (if applicable) must be requested within 7 days of term start date and may incur a fee.
• G5 Basketball may reschedule or cancel sessions; affected participants will receive a refund minus $7 service fee or credit.
4. Code of Conduct
Respectful behavior toward coaches, staff, and players is required. G5 Basketball may remove anyone for misconduct or unsafe behavior without refund.
5. Health & Safety
• All medical conditions must be disclosed upon registration.
• Participants join at their own risk and should have health insurance.
• In emergencies, medical treatment may be sought if guardians are unreachable.
6. Liability
Participation involves inherent physical risks. G5 Basketball, its staff, and affiliates are not liable for injuries, losses, or damages except in cases of proven negligence.
7. Media Consent
Unless requested otherwise in writing, participants grant G5 Basketball permission to use photos, videos, and recordings for promotional use.
8. Intellectual Property
All G5 Basketball materials, logos, and content are owned by G5 Basketball and may not be copied or used without permission.
9. Attendance & Credits
• Credits must be made up within the same term.
• Credits do not carry over to future terms or holidays.
• Refunds/credits for absences require valid medical documentation.
10. Updates
G5 Basketball may update these terms at any time. Continued participation confirms acceptance of changes.
